Hello everyone,
It has been a few days since I updated anything. I reduced my social media presence as well and was hardly around. I hope that things around you are fine and you are doing well in your respective fields.
As for me, I was a bit overwhelmed with the way things have been unfolding around me. Sometimes, things are going well and even that becomes stressful. Since my clinics were closed, I had completely shifted to online consultations, counselling, and mentoring, which has thankfully picked up well. So, now I was busy the entire day, with lots of things piling up together. It took time to streamline the work.
But that was not all.
Since I was not writing and not getting any ‘me-time’ to watch something on the internet or read a good book, I started feeling weird, and blank. It was like an ‘out-of-body’ experience. As if my body is working round the clock but my mind is attuned to supporting it without putting any brain into it. With robotic precision, everything went on, till I started feeling drained and clueless. I don’t know if it has ever happened to any of you. But it happens with me often. And when that happens, I try to take a break and try to set a schedule in a way to include reading, writing, music, and spending more time with my kids in it. In short, to be back to things that make me feel alive. That make me feel happy and content.
That, I guess, must be the spark in us. That makes each and every individual feel complete and meaningful.
A lot of things will make you feel useful and accomplished. But only a few things will bring back that contented smile on your face when you feel like you don’t need anyone else to make you happy. When you know that you are glowing from within.
That spark, I have finally managed to get back πβ¨
Let me know how you are managing through the stress of Covid times. It is not easy to deal with unseen circumstances in these testing times. So kudos to all of us.
And also write to me, if you would like to share about the ‘Spark π’ in your life that brings back all the smiles after a tough and testing phase.
Take care.
Love you all… Stay blessed…
M.
{Will update today!}
Hi di! Good to know things are going fine at your end as for me iβm having my classes going one. Hopefully iβll be able to learn something new apart from my normal schedule. Hope your family is doing good. π
to be honest i really canβt figure out which will give me the spark like youβve said, as for now i guess when I learn something new or when I successfully get rid of my procastination and complete the work for the day will do. ππ
I hope masquerade is souring well!
PS: please do share about spark and spice current status and write about its journey like you did for TM di. Iβm really looking forward to know it.
Yes Di, felt happy reading this post. We need to spend Me time otherwise we will go mad. Coming to my experience its first time of wfh and long time calls everyday it’s so irritating and frustrating. And on top of it my children are in hometown with my parents. I can’t travel there too. So before going bed I will check my mail id for ur notifications or read some books in watsapp. On professional side I started with one course. So it’s balancing now.
Nice to know that you started a professional course. It’s always good to keep learning and acquiring new skills at work front.
Hope your new routine doesn’t stress you out. Take care π€π
Glad to know that you have had some quality ‘me’ time and some with your fam. As for me, it’s the same old routine everyday. But then my spark is definitely reading and listening to music. Hopefully, will get to do those after my exams are overβ€.
Wish you all the best for your exams. Do well. And stay confident.
Reading and music are my love, as well ππ
Oh so happy to know that you have got your spark back. I remember during Tangles and Ties there had been some issue and you were really not you, and you had taken a break from writing. Itβs good to hear that you are doing good in life. Spark for me is definitely reading, which I get time daily ( perks of not been married) and spending time with my 2 year old nephew. Kids definitely can uplift your mood in tough times.
You remember that? Yeah, during Tangles & Ties, I was offline for a long time. But it wasn’t this workload related disorientation. That time, I was going through a bad phase.
Anyway, that is pver. Good and bad phases alternate in life. That is one of the best aspects about life. Take care. ππ€
Hi di the next few months are going to be very hectic for me i just hope that everything goes well
I just wanted to ask you something regarding your new book which is yet to release . Can you give me an idea of at least how thick the book is going to be because i am a student and want to save money for buying your book , if you don’t want to answer its completely fine di.
Hello dear,
To be very honest, I have no idea about how thick and in which format my new book will be. I have no problem in answering if I know about it. I will announce on my blog.
thanks a lot π
Thanks a lot for answering di, when you were a student how did you manage stress when you had exams? Asking this since i have my exam in few months and i already feel a lot pressured and tensed.
It happens when you are fully occupied with work, it becomes our routine and am glad you found that spark β€ September would be hectic for me, I will face the same π hope I find that spark in between my hectic work to keep my spirit on β€ I want some time to read and alone time with the nature, just gazing evening sky or rain would be great π
Wow! How beautifully, you described. I’m doing that these days. Sitting in balcony watching rainfall and trying to read something. And yes, early morning walk does wonders too.
Take care love uuuuu

Offline in the Sense like in book form or something ?
Beyond the border bhii ???
Offline means – not online…
Yes, I have removed previous parts. The traffic to my blog is drastically increased after my book release and I don’t want new readers to start reading BEB, or else they will never let me remove the book.
Love you Manita, just relax and always remain positive. Always here for a chat!
ππ
These are challenging timeβs. take care. Also to let you know your stories keep me going. But take your time…
