Hello everyone,

Hope all of you are fine and safely quarantined inside your home. Please, please, please stay inside until and unless it is very very very very urgent and you have to step out. And when you do, please ensure that you and your family follow ALL safety precautions.

We are going through a tough time. Hope it passes soon and the peace, health, and hope prevail all over the world.

My prayers and wishes for all those who are suffering. Each and everyone, esp. Italy. Please pray for them. They are the hardest hit. And for all the others too. Including our country who was well alarmed in advance, yet some idiots chose to bring it upon others by their selfish interests.

Anyway, let’s not talk about that. With all the negativity going around and depressing news everywhere, I find it better to go back to the world of fiction that has been my saviour in every tough time. It keeps me sane and sufficiently distracted.
I’m back to writing as I have sent The Masquerade after corrections.
I will be posting Beyond Every Border and a new story for now. Don’t ask me for now about others as I will not be uploading lots of stories together. It slows the site and makes them vulnerable of theft.

I have sent my maids, helpers, staff – everyone on paid leave. So, my quarantine life is all about cooking, cleaning, washing clothes, reading books to my kids, playing with them and some social media. Do write to me about how you are spending your quarantine.

    I really like your stories I’ll start reading the new one also at the same time I want to continue with Tangles & Ties.

    1. I am not leaving Tangles and Ties. I don’t leave any of my stories. I love them too much to do this to them 🙂
      But I had said before that Tangles and Ties is about to be finished.

  16. I am staying at home only. I took leave from Saturday. The good news is from tomorrow my ofc is shut as there is 144 order in Tamilnadu. So most probably I would work from home , waiting for confirmation.

  20. hello di. After a long time i’ve logged into this account and it has been so long since we’ve interacted here. frankly I miss your updates and the random posts of yours in ‘my corner’..

    I hope everyone is doing well in your family. 🙂 and yes i’ve been isolating myself, locked up in my room with laptop and sns. though, day by day it’s turning out to be mundane I like this relaxation actually, lazing around doing absolutely nothing. So for now I better enjoy this freedom until my normal routine kicks in. 🤧

    about the new story– I can’t thank you enough for coming up with such exciting plots for us di. <33 also did you post the prologue or something about the book cuz I didn't find anything like that.

    1. I love this routine too. Honestly, I am a quarantine-type of a person. Given a choice, I would stay in, read books, write, cook, talk… But this stress of corona has taken away the peace of it. I wish I could do this without any stress.
      Anyway, lets make the best of what we have.

Exactly, I’m doing okay but as you know England is fast becoming like Italy, where not there yet but where not far off and being on the front line it can be so hard especially for my family and friend as everyone is self isolating at home and I’m obviously not. But I know this time will pass doo and hopefully everything will get back to normal, all we can do is at the moment is pray and the whole world pray for everyone effected by this awful virus.

    I’m with you on this that the stories make everything better and you know how much o live reading what you write and honestly they are a stress buster for me in between shifts when I get the time to read, (I won’t ask about the other stories even though I’m eagerly waiting to read them again and the new updates) cant wait to read the new story.

    I’m glad you given the helpers paid leave, I’ve been hearing lots of stories where some people haven t even paid them it’s sad to hear and read. Good on you you deserve a break to spend some quality time with the family.

    1. Also can’t comment on the new story, but obviously I will be reading them, I love how you imagine them as the lead, I’m not gonna lie I still imagine shanak 😅 I think cause I’ve read so many stories on them I can’t get the images out looool
